Niat banget hari ini, udah malem bikin donat, hehehe. Selain karena Raya minta beli donat, juga kepingin membuktikan resep yang saya temukan di komunitas memasak yang saya ikuti. Suatu hari saya nemu resep donat tanpa telur yang diposting oleh Ummi Zaidan Zaihan. Beliau bilang, donat tanpa telur ini teksturnya empuk, rasanya juga tetep ok meski tanpa telur. Pikir saya, wajib dicoba nih.
Akhirnya malam ini kesampaian juga bikin donat tanpa telur.
Ini resep donat tanpa ribet yang saya copas dari Ummi Zaidan Zaihan:
– 3 cup tepung terigu serbaguna
– 1/2 sdt garam
– 30 ml air hangat untuk dicampur dengan ragi instan
– 1/4 sdt gula pasir
– 2 sdt ragi instan
– 1 sdt baking powder
– 2 butir kentang, rebus, kupas kulitnya, haluskan
– 2 sdm minyak sayur
Eksekusi:
- campur ragi dengan air hangat dan gula, aduk sampai larut, dan diamkan selama 5-8 menit sampai berbusa
- campur tepung, garam, dan semua sisa bahan, uleni sampai kalis, lalu diamkan di mangkok tertutup sampai ukuran jadi 2 kali lipat
- taburi telapak tangan dengan tepung terigu, ambil adonan, bentuk bulat, beri lubang di tengahnya, goreng dengan api kecil/sedang.
- hias donat menurut selera.
Raya semangat bantuin emaknya bikin donat ^^
Saya pakai topping meses warna-warni, gula halus, dan kacang (gilingan kacangnya bablas terlalu lembut, harusnya kan agak kasar, hehehe). Olesannya pakai mentega biasa. Untuk satu resep di atas, bisa jadi 12 donat.Penampakannya memang masih jauh dari sempurna, lubangnya terlalu kecil, ukurannya nggak sama (ada yang gede, ada yang kecil, hahaha, kerjaan Raya nih), permukaannya bak rembulan lupa pake BB cream (hihihi), tapi rasanya enyaaaak *Raya mode on ^^.
Eh, beneran lho, terbukti, donatnya empuk menul-menul! Sudah dingin pun, tetep empuk! Kalau kepingin donat tetep empuk sampai besok, simpan donat dalam wadah tertutup kedap udara. Selamat mencoba! ^^
