Disini nih tempatnya, Kedai Ketara (Ketan Aneka Rasa)! Tulisan ‘Disini Ada Ketan’ dengan font beraroma horor yang terlihat di pinggir jalan, membuat siapa pun yang melintas di depannya penasaran ingin mampir. Kedai mungil yang nyempil di deretan toko depan kampus Universitas Negeri Malang ini buka dari jam 8 pagi sampai jam 9 malam, every day! Kurang apa coba?
Ketan dengan aneka toppingtersedia di kedai yang baru berdiri setahun yang lalu ini. Nama menunya pun unik-unik. Ada kasus (ketan-kelapa-susu), kaleng (ketan-kelapa-serundeng), kabur (ketan-kelapa-bluberi), kelon (ketan-kelapa-melon), kelabu (ketan-kelapa-bubuk) dll. Semua dibandrol dengan harga Rp 4.000,- saja, kecuali yang special, Rp 5.000,-. Ketannya yang punel bikin ketagihan!
Nggak cuma ketan, kedai yang beralamat di Jalan Terusan Surabaya no. 23 Malang ini juga menyediakan macam-macam JUTEC. Jutec, apaan tuh? Jutec adalah Jus Teh Cincau. Kreatif banget ya pemilik kedainya, hehe..
Kalau icip-icip ke Kedai Ketara, saya dan suami suka pesan kelabu, ketan yang original. Topping kelapa parut dan bubuk kedelainya bikin kami serasa berada di kampung halaman kami di Lumajang sono, hehe. Saat kami pulang kampung, bapak mertua selalu menyediakan ketan jagung dan ketan bubuk favorit yang dibeli dari pasar dekat rumah.
Kembali ke Kedai Ketara. Selain makan di tempat, kedai ini juga melayani take away. Asyiknya makan ketan disini tuh, ketan selalu disajikan hangat dengan taburan kelapa parut yang diparut sesaat sebelum dihidangkan. Jadi rasa kelapa parutnya tetep fresh. Trus kalau take away, toppingnya diplastikin terpisah, jadi nggak nyampur dengan ketannya.
Makan ketan? Ke Ketara aja… 😉
