Akhirnya sampai juga di pantai Pasir Putih, setelah sekian lama memimpikan bisa mengunjungi pantai ini bersama suami tecinta. Ya, rencana berlibur ke pantai yang terletak di Situbondo-Jawa Timur ini sudah terpikirkan sejak awal pernikahan, empat tahun lalu. Eh, ternyata baru bisa terealisasi setelah ada anak ;). Jadilah kami pergi bertiga. Momennya pas diantara ultah pernikahan kami yang ke-4 (8 Juli) dan ultah si kecil kami, Raya, yang ke-3 (17 Juli).
Ini pertama kali buat saya dan Raya. Tapi bagi suami, kunjungan ini sudah yang kesekian kalinya. Perjalanan Lumajang—Situbondo selama (kurang lebih) empat jam langsung sirna ketika mata ini disuguhi pemandangan pantai nan indah & jernih tepat di belakang cottage Sido Muncul 2 yang kami sewa. Raya juga langsung teriak kegirangan melihat pantai! Hmmm, ternyata pasirnya nggak putih 😉
Pantai yang berada di jalur pantura lintas Surabaya—Bali ini nggak jauh beda dengan pantai-pantai yang pernah saya kunjungi sebelumnya. Menurut saya hampir sama dengan pantai Parang Tritis Yogya: terkelola dengan baik, kebersihan cukup terjaga, fasilitas dan sarana prasarana juga memadai. Kebetulan ketika kami kesana masa liburan anak sekolah sudah habis dua hari sebelumnya. Jadi sepi, keramaiannya sudah hilang. Toko-toko souvenir pun banyak yang nggak buka. Tapi ada untungnya juga, jadi kebagian penginapan. Soalnya konon kalau musim liburan, akhir pekan, atau libur hari besar, penginapan penuh.
Oiya, bagi yang ingin berwisata ke Pasir Putih, tempat ini sangat mudah dicapai dengan sarana transportasi apapun; bisa naik bus, mobil pribadi, taksi atau motor. Tentang penginapan, ada banyak yang bisa dipilih. Diantaranya hotel Sido Muncul 1 dan 2, hotel Mutiara, dan hotel Pasir Putih. Diantara penginapan-penginapan ini, Anda bisa memilih penginapan yang langsung menghadap pantai lepas. Semalam berkisar antara 60—300 ribu, tergantung fasilitas kamar. Kegiatan yang bisa dinikmati di pantai ini antara lain berburu sunrise & sunset, memancing, scuba diving (menyelam), renang, berlayar (sambil melihat taman laut dg kotak kaca), olahraga, dll. Ada juga kolam renang Rengganis, kolam yang menghadap ke pantai. tips buat yang ingin kesana waktu liburan, weekend, atau libur hari besar, sebaiknya booking penginapan dulu via telepon ya…..
