Setiap beli buah stroberi, kalau nggak dijus ya dibikin salad buah. Bosen ah. Mumpung ada sisa coklat blok, saya kepingin bikin stroberi yang dicelupkan ke cokelat.
Siapkan buah stroberi segar dan cokelat blok.
Cuci bersih stroberi, lelehkan cokelat. Celupkan stroberi ke dalam lelehan coklat yang masih panas sampai rata menutupi permukaannya. Diamkan beberapa menit di wadah lain sampai mengeras. Stroberi cokelatnya jadi crunchy deh.

Umumnya anak-anak nggak suka memakan stroberi segar karena rasanya yang asam. Coba deh, stroberinya dibikin kayak gini. Kalau wujudnya sudah berubah seperti ini, jangankan anak-anak, ortunya juga pasti demen :).
Oiya, stroberi celup ini juga bisa langsung dinikmati seketika setelah dicelupkan ke cokelat cair, kayak di resto-resto besar yang nyediain kolam cokelat itu lho. Sama kok rasanya, sama-sama asem nyouklaaaad 😉
